Innourish Inspire Invoke: Creating connection between the inner and the outer.
Innourish is not so much much about technique or a doing of any kind. It is cultivation of presence and connection with the guiding force within one's own Heart. As a living example, your guide or coach offers an experience of wholeness and well being that inspires the individual to step into a familiar way of being, much like putting on a much loved over coat: to try this on, a lifestyle, a practice or a treatment to remember ourselves, like an invitation to enter into Home.
Most of us are fractionated, and disassociated from the connection to our hearts through the very fact of being in a society shaped by our families of origins with all that entails: the family mantras coming down the ages until we wake up and face them and tenderly acknowledge and hold them, then let them go.
We are in every moment creating this reality from this basis, these encounters with the separation that life gives us. We differentiate and then store experience and emotions in a biological system called Life, a Body, Our thoughts and conditioning entrain us to certain modes of being that are hypnotic at best. When you sit with a teacher or a healer you are afforded the very best
of freedom that person points to. You are in vitiated initiated to a
signal that comes not from the mind or thought, but from the heart.
My Guidance for the day 11 May 2012
You long for me and I am here. You ask the question "am I a fool?" to try to make a living when there such a block. Doreen Virtue said, "when I don't 'listen to my inner voice everything I do is blocked. But when I ask my angels, who are real and waiting for us to serve, then the flood gates open up."
I had asked that this part of me which blocks the flow of abundance - what is it's purpose. I am asking now what is the purpose of an energy that blocks my true right livelihood?

alignment with your higher purpose there is no flow as you say. The
money dries up. When you turn towards me I am there and all is well
Life is illusory at best. You see the people who are supposedly doing well and beneath every one there is a similar story to yours of disappointment, of being blocked. The only ones who are truly making their way are the ones to stick to a process. They stick to a practice and from that practice comes connection and that is the wellspring of all openings, opportunities and blessing. You asked to be blessed and so you arrive here where you have discovered my voice. I am still here and I never leave you. You watched "Conversations with God" and this is what happened to Neil Walch. He merely turned on the faucet, spigot to the never ending flow of my love.
Don't try so hard. You know you have the winning formula with this. Pursue your writing and music. You will find me there. Do your practices and connect up with me. Ride your horse and let me write your copy. Focus only on me and on what you love and keep doing that.
Who you are is Me.
You have this tool bag with all that you do. But I say this is who you are and that will take you were you want to go. Who you are is Me. You are this beautiful flower and you are blooming now. Feel the new body you created and feed it correctly. Feel my love. Feel it deeply. Feel it when you do yoga and when you
ride. Go for walks in nature and get away from the computer. As much as
it is a tool for now, feel me in life. Live life. The more you sit and the more you ask from what your heart loves the more I will provide.
You are being inspired to eat healthier so I say, go ahead and eat your vegetables, and alkalize. Create a more refined body and so that I can fully inhabit your being. Go ahead and ask for my support, for the underneath is freedom from addictions and emotions, not the needs of the body.
Loving you and so go do your practice. Blessing to you my dear one forever and always. I am with you. I love you sooo much! Just as you love me.
